Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Ludpeak Philosophy: We believe in "Thoughtful Adornment"—not just in how our pieces are worn, but in how they are created and delivered. To support sustainable practices and reduce unnecessary inventory, many of our curated accessories are shipped directly from our network of designers and specialized crafting studios around the world.

This curated approach ensures you receive authentic, high-quality jewelry at an accessible price, while honoring the craft and reducing traditional supply-chain waste.


1. Processing Time & Shipping Fees

Every order is handled with care. Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to process, carefully inspect, and hand-pack your order before it is dispatched.

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns.

Note during peak seasons (Holidays, New Year, Sales Events): Processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

As our collection is sourced from global partners, delivery times vary by destination. The following are estimates after your order has been processed and shipped.

We kindly ask for your patience. Thoughtful craftsmanship and careful delivery take time, and we are confident your Ludpeak piece will be worth the wait.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Please Note: It may take 1-3 business days for the tracking information to activate and update in the carrier's system after the shipping label is created. If your tracking link doesn't show details immediately, please allow a short time for the system to refresh.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders outside of Hong Kong, we ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT/GST charged by your country's government upon arrival are the customer's responsibility. Ludpeak has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the full value of the order on customs forms as required by law. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Ludpeak is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


5. Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@ludpeak.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, we are unable to modify or cancel it.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction and the safe arrival of your order are our priorities.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ludpeak.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a solution promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusually long time (exceeding the estimated delivery window by 10+ business days) or confirms the package as lost, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund once the loss is verified.
